Indiana Valuation Network is a network of valuation professionals.  Your assignment comes through our office and we match the appraisal problem to a valuation professional that is experienced and knowlegable in the market where your asset is located.  This professional will complete the appraisal assignment and deliver the completed report back to you.  This person becomes your point of contact and handles all aspects of the transaction.  The network is simply a means to create a central clearing house for appraisal assignments throughout Indiana.
